Navigation Street offers a return period of 20 days from date of receipt.  Return Merchandise Authorization numbers are required for all returns.  Any product returned must be complete in the original packaging and resalable.  Special Order items may not be returned.  Opened and/or unsealed DVD's, CD's, and cartography are not returnable unless defective and then only for replacement. 

Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. 

To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number, please send an email to navigationstreet@midco.net.  Include in your email your contact information [name, address, phone], the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for the return.   Returned merchandise will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
